House Rules

Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay. 

8 guests maximum, unless previously discussed. 

Check-in: 4 p.m or after.

Checkout before 10:00 a.m.

No parties or events.

Additional Rules

- No unauthorized guests on premise.

- No littering or contaminating the property.

- No loud music.

- No smoking on premise.

- No footwear in the house.

- Walls and linens must be kept clean and free of stains.

DOG RULES

- One one dog allowed.

- No pets on furniture.

- Dry their feet when they are coming indoors. - Dogs must be friendly and cannot wander off property.

- If you are leaving your dog unattended inside, please bring a crate for them.

- Scoop their poop.
